• Additional features outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Due to the nature of software development and digital services, fees paid for completed work are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where required by law or contractual agreement.

We respect the confidentiality of client information and project materials. Any confidential information shared during the course of a project will be treated with reasonable care and will not be disclosed except as required by law.

Our solutions may integrate with third-party services, platforms, APIs, or providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions, failures, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party providers.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
